Welcome to the 2025-2026 CYM Sports Program. Let me be the first to say that we are excited for the start of another great and rewarding school year. This year is part of an ongoing restructuring as we move towards preservation, accountability, and growth in our robust sports’ offerings. With over 3000 athletes and many more supporters and volunteers, we serve a large congregation of student-athletes, parents, coaches, and administrators throughout Wilmington and the state of Delaware.
CYM Sports in the Diocese of Wilmington has a rich history and roots in our region, dedicated to the development of our children in sports through three core principles:
- Christ-Centered Attitudes and Values
- Positive Sportsmanship Environment and Inclusion
- Promotion of Healthy Lifestyle Choices and Sports Development
This year, we are reimagining and redefining the CYM sports programming with innovation, growth, and changes for future generations. This comes just years away from the 100th anniversary of our basketball league and our youth office.
