CYO Golfer Registration Form

Thank you for supporting the CYO Joseph A. McNesby, Jr. Golf Outing. Please use this form to register individuals or a foursome. Handicaps/scores are required for each golfer to determine the foursome’s handicap to be placed in one of three flights. The cost is $200 per golfer, and tournament packages may be purchased in advance for $30. A credit card payment option will be available after submitting the form.

Payment Options

We request the golfer fees are paid prior to the outing. There are credit card options or a check can be mailed to CYM, 1626 N. Union, St. Wilmington, DE 19806.
Credit card option to pay for an individual golfer or for the foursome will be available after submitting this form.
