The Diocesan Youth Leadership Team is made up of 9th-12th graders from across the Diocese of Wilmington who come together to develop faith leadership skills and engage with the Church while building relationships with each other and with Jesus Christ.
These dynamic young people desire to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and are willing to learn the skills to bring their faith into active roles in their parish/school and community. YLT members engage in team-building exercises, engage in leadership training, design and implement faith-sharing activities, and assist with the annual CYM Pilgrimage.
